Hes incredibly knowledgeable about the residential real estate market, how to acquire attractive properties to invest in, finance, and construction matters. We recently invested in a house in Milpitas, California where we to rehab the property and sell it for $650,000. Through the course of the remodel the construction budget was spot on as well as the exit timing. What was best most of all is that we got 10 offers and ended up selling the house for far more than we imagined.
