5. The most important, and probably most time consuming, part of the plan is to adjust the educational model. To this point education, mostly, is made up of regurgitating words and facts from teachers and books. While memory skills are important, take this from a head trauma survivor, they do not fully take into account the other aspects of the human mind or capabilities. Manual dexterity, attention to detail, mechanical vision, problem solving (beyond math), and others that do not come to mind at the moment. Most of these fall into the category of natural talent. We should focus testing for talents at an early age and use those results to guide students toward what they are good at. It is well known that people tend to more enjoy and excel at what they are good at. Instead of a cookie cutter we should focus more with sculptors tools.
