(5* review) the MBG Traveling Workout!! Here it is again!! 60 yards in as few sets as possible, alternating sets til 60 yards or more of each: 1) alligator push ups (on knees / regular / feet in power wheel), 2) traveling kb bear crawls (bent over rows, row, step, repeat for yards - 16s/24s/32s women, men use 20s/28s/36-44s), alternate these two til done with 60 plus yards of each. ---- Then do walking lunges with 8s/12s/16s women and 16s/20s/24s kettlebells for 60 yards in as few sets as possible. GOAL is to try to finish in under 4-5 sets each exercise IF you can!!! Then post....PUMPED!!!:)
