5 years ago I made the decision to start my own company, Avail Coaching & Consulting. People questioned my decision, if you remember 5 years ago we were in the middle of the Great Recession, it was a risky time to take this venture. Fast forward 5 years - as it turns out I made the best decision for me. Ive Coached a number of clients to their new job/career. Most are still with the same job, while others have been promoted or moved onto a better opportunity. Ive consulted with great small companies on their employee needs. Ive contracted with larger organization working on high level strategic projects. Ive also expanded my offerings to include Leadership Development. Ive been certified in the Hogan Assessment Series. Ive gone back to my training roots and am again developing & delivering people training, and organizations have reached out to me as a thought leader. As Avail Coaching & Consulting celebrates 5 years I can only humbly thank all of my supporters for trusting me. Thank You!
