501F1T Client Success Story. Mark started working out in our G-Werx Program in June 2012 - HE WAS ON A FITNESS MISSION! Mark had a goal to be 180lbs. CONGRATS MARK, YOU DID IT! Mark has lost 56 pounds dropping from 236Lbs to 180LBs between July 1, 2012 to March 1, 2014. Mark achieved his goal by participating in G-Werx (3 x per week, 60-minutes/session). Marks weight loss was smart! Incremental and steady progress replacing fat with muscle and turning his body into a fat burning machine. Mark employed a good diet and utilized MyFitnessPal to monitor his food consumption and track his progress. Mark kept his sugar intake low and decided to reduce dairy consumption. Mark supplemented his G-Werx Weight Lifting regimen with cardio training. 3 hours of G-Werx circuit style weight lifting each week plus ½ hour cardio two times a week. When Mark inched closer to his goals he added 20 to 25 minutes of cardio after 2 of the 3 G-Werx sessions each week. Mark has amazing STRENGTH! MARK YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION. CONGRATS TO YOU!
