5TH CONGREGATION NOTICE It is hereby announced for the information of all 2013 Graduands of the University of Professional Studies,Accra and the General public that 5th congregation of the university to award degree and diploma certificates to persons who successfully completed their programmes of study in 2012/2013 academic year will be held as follows; DATE:SATURDAY,23RD NOVEMBER,2013 TIME:9:00am VENUE:FORECOURT,UPSA REGISTRATION FOR CONGREGATION: Students who successfully completed their programmes in August,2013 and wish to be presented at the congregation are requested to follow the following procedure to register for the ceremony: 1. Pay the appropriate fee at any branch of ACCESS BANK OR THROUGH TIGO CASH by going to a Tigo Cash Agent and ask to pay Interpay with your index number as reference. 2. Follow the link upsa.edu.gh to complete the process of registration on-line. PAYMENT All DIPLOMA AND UNDERGRADUATE Granduands are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GHc 140.00 while POSTGRADUATE GRADUANDS are expected to pay GHc 160.00 to cover cost of congregation brochure,printing of certificate,refreshment and administrative charges. CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION: THURSDAY,21ST NOVEMBER,2013.NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS DATE. LIST OF GRADUANDS: Available on all University’s notice boards or website at upsa.edu.gh COLLECTION AND RETURN OF ACADEMIC GOWN: Use your pay-in slip and proof of registration(interpay disbursement print-out) to collect the gown from the UPSA stores starting Tuesday 19th NOVEMBER,2013. Deadline for collection of the gown is FRIDAY,22ND NOVEMBER,2013 at 5.00PM Graduands are requested to return the academic gowns latest by WEDNESDAY,27TH NOVEMBER,2013.Failure to do so will attract a penalty of GHc 50.00 per day. REHEARSAL: Rehearsal will be held for those to be presented at the Forecourt of the University on FRIDAY,22ND NOVEMBER,2013 AT 3.00PM ATTIRE: Those to be presented will be expected to be seated at the FORECOURT by 7.30AM on SATURDAY,23RD NOVEMBER,2013 in appropriate academic dress preferably over suit/jacket with UPSA neck tie or UPSA scarf in the case of ladies NOTE:Graduands are to note that those who fail to attend the ceremony will also be required to pay the same amount before their certificates are released to them.
