5yrs ago on this day I was in Hawaii. Not for a vacation or anything like that but because my Dad was in the hospital. He was in the hospital for over 3 or 4 months before I got there. Financially I couldnt make it earlier to see Him. Finally I made it out there to see him. Later that day after I arrived, my Sister Cyndi and her husband Ty took me to St. Francis Hospital to see our Dad. It was pretty painful for me. Especially when I saw all these tubes coming out from under the sheets from his bed. My Dad opened His eyes and He saw me. Im one of three of his children that lives here in the mainland. The rest of my five brothers and sisters still live in Hawaii. Two days later, our Dad passed. He passed at about between 2 or 2:30pm. He was 82. Cremated and His ashes were spread in the ocean at His favorite fishing spot and on His Birthday, September 5th. Ill never forget what my brother Tony said about my Dad being in the hospital for that long. He said Dad held on until he saw all of his children We all miss and Love you Dad! A Hui Hou (Until we meet again) . Just wanted to share that with you all. Especially when theres two Hurricane threats for Hawaii in the next few days! Prayers too all in Hawaii and for everyone who has families there! God Bless Us All! Aloha!!!!!
