6:20 p.m, the wait was over and the evening safari coming to an end. I was playing with my camera setting and was trying to see how much of sharpness one can generate with ISO and Aperture being constant and changing shutter speed less than the focal length of the lens in a handheld condition. (Based on the metering recommendation) I was focusing the near by tree branch, with ISO 800, Tv 200 and AV f/4 with the 600mm. Suddenly heard the alarm call behind us. This Tiger came out from nowhere. He was too close for my 600mm and was after a spotted deer. Decided to try my test condition on him. Sharpness was not that great, Recovered the sharpness in post processing (Aperture 3.6) RTR, March 2014. Feel free to share!
