6/23/13 WEEKLY FAN BLOG TK BLU and the UNCOOL “OUR SUCCESSES ARE A PRODUCT OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE INSPIRED US “– TK Hope everyone had a great week, speaking of -- GO HEAT!!! A wonderful week for the band. It’s looking like in August on a Thursday night we will be back at the Italian restaurant, Tavolino on Sample Road in Coral Springs. As an Italian from Brooklyn, I will tell you, the food is just like Mommas! There will be a cover charge to see the band. I think it will be $20 that will get you a drink and an appetizer. They have a great menu, classy décor, a real supper club atmosphere. More details coming your way next week. This week I am very excited to say we video taped all our footage for our MTV type music video to my original song FREEDOM. The performance from the actors truly gave a sense of drama that really fit the lyric. The completion of the video should be about mid July. Very surreal and will touch your hearts. Applause to the following that did the work Christopher Cranston -- ( 3 links production) -- script, videographer, Director Loorysa Ulysee -- amazing heart felt performance as lead actress (also I acknowledge her brothers who played the children) Anderson Vil --- played a very real husband and dad Jazzy Wright --- the arresting undercover officer (when you see him in the video your impression will be, you do not want to be on the wrong side of the law) Officer Tony Careccia --- consultant to script and with out him it would have took months to be allowed to film in a jail and a Walgreens that’s we used for the shoplifting . (He is now my Quentin Tarantino) And of course Chris McKinney of Spotlite Multimedia LLC., ( the master video company we are working with) and our Jeanne Lynn Gray who recommended the video company to me. The song PLEASE DON’T MIND IF I WAKE YOU, is the other video we are shooting. We have one more video shot where the actor is shown as a navy man overseas on a ship( Still looking for a ship to film).
