#6 Coldplay - Ghost Stories This is the one album in my chart that goes against what I normally try to do with my year-end list. I try to avoid the bigger artists and really showcase those lesser known acts. But this album has been my weakness since it came out. In my opinion, its been the best thing that theyve released since X&Y. They stripped everything back, and it mellowed them, but for me, it just worked. It may not really be a true candidate for the best artistic album of the year, but thats not what my list has ever been about. My list is just my favorite albums - the albums that moved me. And this whole album just makes me feel good.
