6 days to create EVERYTHING and 40 to chistle some words into stone tablets? really? Gods chosen witnessed the power of god against the Egyptian people through plagues and bloody water and death, then follow him through the desert, witnessing with their own eyes, their god in the form of a pillar of smoke and fire every single moment of every day that he leads their wandering through the wasteland, eat nothing but bread that falls from the sky, and still feel the need to create a new god in the 40 days he is on the mountain with Moses? Really? seems likely.
