6 years ago today I had back surgery. Since then I have ran multiple races which include 30 plus half marathons, 20 plus full marathons, and several ultra marathons including two 100 mile attempts but only getting to the distance of 63 miles. I feel like a new man! I got out and achieved goals and i have lots more goals to achieve. I also want to thank David Schwartz one of the best back surgeons around for the great job he did on my back. I have never had a problem since!
