ALERT*************SAVE MAX HE IS absolutely ADORABLE Meet Max,another of our dogs who needs a home a volunteer writes.Pauline Zero interest in Max ??? :( He is one of the best dogs at the shelter - SO FULL OF PERSONALITY !! I love him so much. He is ALWAYS making me laugh cause he acts like a goofball & thinks he is a lap dog, trying to sit his big butt on me when we are on the sidewalk. When I tell him, what do you think you are doing? you are way too big!, his tail wags & he seems to sense he did a funny thing & then gets silly. He loves the squeaky tennis balls. I read the part where he does not like to give up his toys. I did not know that. I usually throw the ball to him, he retrieves it & we do this back & forth, but if he is carrying the ball around in his mouth, ! Max is about 2 1/2 rs old and 55lbs....He is well behaved and easy on the leash...he likes other dogs ( females) he lived with a female staffie mix Sage adopted earlier this year. but he also likes his toys...He doesnt like to part with them...If adopted by a person with another dog,they would have to be experienced owners and would have to be willing to feed separately ....As an only dog, Max would be perfect...No small children in any event because of his fondness for toys !! 10 and up, please...for more info, 201-981-3215 or lesliem147@gmail — with Diane Meyer Neofytidis and 11 others.
