I was awake with a sick kid much of last night. Around 4 a.m., we gave up and turned on Nick Jr. In my delirium, I thought I saw a commercial for a doll that, uh, deposits charms in her diaper. These charms can then be worn, by real, live children, on a bracelet. This morning I googled it, thinking surely it was a crazy dream, but its real. Its a Diaper Surpirse Doll from Lalaloopsy. I believe this sets up children for huge disappointment when they grow up and become parents. IF you find jewelry in a diaper, its really not a good surprise. But truthfully, kids, diaper surprises are typically of a different variety. You may wear some of it on your wrist, but trust me, you wont like it.
