Or, email your CV with the vacancy number to [email protected] Job description: •Liaise with users to identify and understand business needs. •Document business requirements and propose feasible system solutions to address the business needs, adding value and performance to the system and its processes. •Liaise with SAP partners, logging and following up requests and support calls, being the focal point for internal users and external contractors for SAP functional and technical support . •Troubleshoot system errors and inconsistencies fixing or driving the solution through support calls. •Perform basic SAP Basis support tasks. •Maintain the information network (system interfaces and integration), ensuring accuracy, & reliability of SAP data and its associated applications, interfaces and processes. •To develop and maintain the documentation of SAP related business processes, such as technical and user manuals, logical diagrams, interfaces, Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), etc. •Provide training in SAP operation to end users. •Contribute with the maintenance and development of all site related Health & Safety procedures and activities. •Promote standardization across the IT functions. Requirements: •Understands both Employer and Employee obligations regarding a safe work place. •Excellent oral and written communications skills. •Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. •Broad background in software development, with knowledge of SAP •Superior oral communication skills to interact with users •To be a fast learner to hit the ground running and get new things as you go •Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving capability •To be highly organized and have a passion for documenting things.
