6n2 GTI Engine Full Conversion IN SHELL - 125k.. fitted on 110k with no noises, problems, power delivery is good and pulls well through VVT. - Clutch Replaced 15k Ago (LUK unit) - Engine Serviced 500miles ago (Plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, coolant, Gearbox Oil) - Timing Belt kit Replaced 15k Ago - Aux Belt Replaced 3k Ago - Brand new Disks & Pads all round 15k Ago - Replacement Gearbox 500miles ago (1.4 8v Unit - better pull & far cheaper to replace than an actual GTI Unit) - Gearbox selector shaft seal replaced & New Oil re-fill 500miles ago (Common issue with all boxes)(No noise whatsoever, not rev happy either) - N/S Rear wheel Bearinf Replaced 10!!!miles ago (LUK Unit) - AFH Steel Sump Replacement - Both Tie Rod Ends replaced less than 15k ago - Battery Replaced 15k Ago - Brake Fluid Drained & Replaced 15k Ago - Power Steering Fluid Drained & replaced 10k Ago - N/S Front Outer CV Joint Replaced less than 5k Ago - Clutch Cable Replaced less than 2k Ago - Clutch Release/Thrust Bearing Replaced 500miles Ago - Fuel Filter Replaced 20-25k Ago (95% of the time run on super unleaded and never run it excessively on the red) - Oil Pressure Switch Replaced 15k Ago - Air Conditioning pump, radiator and piping removed - De-Immobilized ECU (No non-starting issues for conversions) - Replacement Radiator Needed (May have a spare, will include if its still in garage) - No Exhaust problems, factory GTI - Engine, gearbox and other visable parts painted matt/satin black. - All original, no silly air filters or loud exhausts ***Any maintenance work has been carried out by myself as and when it needs to do so. Any Problem parts are replaced IMMEDIATELY as soon as they show signs of wear or failure. Anyone who knows me and the car know how well I look after both the exterior, interior and internals where possible.*** - All Looms Included - Dashboard & Centre Console Will not be dismantled to ensure every piece of wiring and heater unit is included to swap directly into your 6n (climate control unit) - Air Bag Removed from Dashboard - Clocks on genuine engine mileage (Airbag, ABS & Handbrake light removed [SEE BELOW]) - Door Looms Included - No Central Locking Pump - NO HEADUNIT INCLUDED - NO AUDIO INCLUDED - BARE SHELL OTHER THAN RUNNING GEAR, DASH & LOOMS - New windscreen 20months ago (bodyshop cracked previous)(Perfect) £500 for the rolling shell & Running gear (purely down to the amount of recent parts replaced at such little mileage ago) - receipts with dates for most (if not all) of the replaced parts since the Engine Conversion. Can be heard running and the car is still driveable if you wanted to drive it up the street to see its running perfect. Will need to be towed/tailored away as shell is a write off. Cheers
