Police have arrested a 12-year-old boy over killing a 14-year-old girl after a fight in Wabigalo, a Kampala suburb. Police in Mbarara District are holding one, Topher, 30 for allegedly defiling his younger sister.Topher, a resident of Nyakahanga, Buteraniro in Mbarara district is accused of defiling his teenage sister, Shiellah Nuwaheereza.
