7 years ago today my day started like any other Friday, but little did I know that by days end my life would completely change. I still remember the phone call at work, the frantic drive from Troy to Greenville. I can remember how stressed I was driving to Montgomery and how I felt when I knew that in a few hours I would be a father. I remember holding her for the first time, mere seconds after she was born, and knowing that my life would never be the same, and that was a very good thing. Since that night I have tried my best to do anything and everything to show this little girl what love really is and in turn she has taught me the same. No matter what happens she knows I am always there for her and she has proven the same for me time and time again. Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter! I love you Alyssa!
