70. I love to work and love to work out. Watch this gentleman acting his age. For most people, age is a reason to be lazy. He talks about state of mind, and how that affects the body, and how he has not let his body age since he started exercise at 43. Inactivity, and their thought process, is what makes them old. I would call this a youthful spirit, mind and body - or - perhaps he is not youthful, perhaps he is what a 70 year old can be. Interesting to consider.
