#713 Some shocking incidents witnessed during orion’13 : #1 - At the litrary programs taking place simultaneously in one of the seminar halls… There was this monoacting kinda contest(it was calld shipwreck i thnk) which i happened to attend.To increase the difficulty level guys were given female roles to enact… And guess what wer the roles given? – the likes of pamela Anderson,justin beiber & poonam pandey…(and of course all the guys playing those roles could only manage to talk non-veg stuff ,for viz v cannot blame them either!!!) But seriously the seniors conducting the event couldn’t think of any other tough female roles to be given?!!!?…even considering it ws done for the Fun factor.....for god’s sake, Poonam Pandey!!!!?... is this the only level upto which they could work their brains?!!?!! #2 - At another tp side show conducted on the main stage where guys were called onstage and asked to speak about how they will impress a girl…. Shockingly, there was one fat spectacled guy who chose to display his totally crap-shit character on stage, by saying-he would enquire about the no of hours she’l b wit him!!..(very abrasively, imagining it to be gethu i spose!!!) Normally such offensive shit would have received maximum criticisim!! ...Instead, his audacity receives the loudest of cheers, most astonishingly!!! And even more shocking was the fact that the seniors interrogating him laughed along with him, without getting offended (or at least trying to act offended ),and totally missed telling him off for that obviously shameless n utterly gross, choice of words onstage…!!!!.. totally shocking display of indecency!!!!... **looking at these things i started wondering whether not attending events like orion,like most of my friends had opted to do,was the better option after all!?!????..... -ECE P.S: I know im saying this 2 late…..but i write this with the hope that our upcoming final years at least will hopefully give the issue of maintaining decency during such events some priority!!!!
