75th Anniversary Shirts send 2014 OP results sky rocketing Ashgrove’s latest batch of (future) doctors, engineers and missionaries have produced yet another stunning set of numbers in the latest OP results. Old Boys will be very proud to know the College still adheres strictly to the Champagnat philosophy of inclusiveness rather than falling into the unfortunate trap of selective academic entry -- yet over 90% of the graduates still obtain their first choice selection into tertiary study. The OBA was impressed to find some of the OP 1 boys celebrating by proudly wearing their 75th Anniversary Shirts. Dux of the College, Josh Collins explained the phenomenon by telling us “As soon as we put on our 75th Anniversary Shirts, our marks just seemed to go through the roof. We put the success down to the Shirts….and a bit if study.” Kind words from young Josh, but the OBA thinks Brother Cyprian’s demands for the “pursuit of excellence” may have something to do with it.
