#8- Eat fruits, nuts and veggies. The Earth will directly provide you with everything needed to sustain life. When you choose to eat meat, you are getting your nutrients from the Earth, only first filtered through the flesh of a murdered corpse. You were not designed to eat flesh, your body is not equipped to tear apart and process raw bones and meat. If you believe it was I would like to see you eat your meal like a true carnivore; Track it, chase it down, and consume everything raw, using only the tools you were given by nature to rip the flesh and break the bones. Put a child in a crib with a bunny and an apple, watch which one the child plays with and which one it eats. Children teach us about our true nature because they have not been retrained through the human experience. Just as you do not have the authority to give life to the dead, you do not have the authority to take life from the living. You are not superior to any other being on this Earth. One does not show superiority over others by exploiting them. Just because you can do something, doesnt mean you should. We ate the animals in our infancy, to survive, but we are past that now. Now our survival depends not on our instinct, but on our intellect. Most normal people become uncomfortable watching the treatment of the animals they consume, so they simply block it out and ignore it. Even though their hearts tell them it is wrong and they cannot physically bear to watch it, they continue to support and participate in it. Only an ignorant man would claim to love animals and then pay another man to hurt them. The survival excuse is no longer valid, your only excuse now is your ignorance. The very definition of willful ignorance is: A decision in bad faith to avoid becoming informed about something so as to avoid having to make undesirable decisions that such information might prompt. Let the animals share the Earth with us as they once did, they are our companions, not our food. Honor them, and they will honor you. To the degree of your obedience to natural law, they will communicate and interact with you in inconceivable ways. Remember, every individual body is a product of its creator. When we eat plants, we eat from the individual body of the earth, which builds the individual bodies of flesh upon it. No individual is killed in this situation, both the human and the Earth will live in harmony. Ourselves, as well as all of the creatures we share the planet with, desire to live. All balanced beings desire to live, to love, and to walk the earth unharmed. A virtuous man will not inflict upon another individual that which is unpleasant to him. The truly superior being is not the one who improves conditions for himself through others, but the one improves conditions for others, through himself. Imagine a day when earth is visited by a species like ours, who prove their superiority over others through violence and exploitation. Reflect on factories full of your mothers and sisters being raped by machines as often as they can get pregnant, kept in tiny cages, their babies being stolen from them and sold as delicacies, their breasts inflamed and bodies damaged from the constant birthing and suckling of their milk, and reflect on how that makes you feel. It is not the genre of the individual committing an act that makes it right or wrong, it is the very act itself. The superior man thinks always of virtue; the common man thinks of comfort. A superior man is modest in his speech, but exceeds in his actions.
