8:45 a.m. — A woman from a business in the 200 block of West Main Street reported someone glued the lock shut. 11:41 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported a man who was undressing, and a woman trying to corral him. No one was located. 1:37 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Horizon Circle reported a vehicle with juveniles smoking marijuana; this had been an ongoing issue since school started. 5:19 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Freeman Lane reported a homeless camp with people taking mattresses to the camp, which was trashed. 11:46 p.m. — A man from the 600 block of Packard Drive called twice, harassing dispatchers because he couldn’t sleep after a missing-persons alert was sent to his phone. 2:10 a.m. — A man from the 100 block of Highlands Court reported people with flashlights. He was asked to look outside the window and see if they were from Search and Rescue, but said he wasn’t being paid by the police to do their job. He had called earlier to complain about the missing-person alert, saying that GVPD was not allowed to call him about missing people unless they were going to pay him $10 an hour 10:28 a.m. — A caller from the Rood Center reported a man causing a scene about his marijuana hearing. 6:30 p.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of McCourtney Road reported a man in a van approached her daughter and asked her to get in; after she said no, he asked several more times before leaving. The van was described as older and white, with scratched paint, and the man was described as in his 20s, with longer blond hair, wearing a flat-billed baseball cap. 7:35 p.m. — A woman from the 10000 block of Brookside Way reported a man violating a court order by hooting at her. 6:33 a.m. — A caller from McCourtney Road and Adair Avenue reported 10 to 15 goats in the road. They could not be located. 2:02 p.m. — A woman from Nimrod Street reported a woman at the park with two young girls who were naked in the creek, and she was uncomfortable with that.
