8/5 RBBP week 1 Bench Did this one a day early. Touching the bar a little lower and really using these new lats that Im growing. Also did not use the rehband sleeves on any set. Trying to get away from that crutch. Felt absolutely stronger today and finished easily. Even the acc was easier. The reps doubled on the same weight on tri pressdowns. Cool. Slow warm up, multiple sets, plate and quarter jumps Work sets 5x5@335 1x6@315 paused Db hammer curl 3x10@50s 100# plate curl + press 3x12 (cardio) Tri press down 2x20 moderate Feeling good, no overworked soreness.
