8:51PM AGAIN and another day with three Grandchildren this time ! This mornings Untooths adventure was as incomprehensible as yesterdays as I walked Daniel to school and it continued as if wed never been parted for six and a half hours when I picked him up at three fifteen though I got some relief when I had the rules for a Zombie game explained to me for forty minutes in mind-numbing detail and which we never actually got round to playing on the beach at seven thirty as it had gone dark and it was time for bed ! Hugo came round for the afternoon and as I am the centre of his world we played and played ! 4:20 was Dentist time for the boys and as their mother has deserted them I had the pleasure of accompanying them for their examinations without revealing a secret which I cant reveal even here ! Whilst there I showed the dentist who is also mine the front crown I cracked unbelievably on an overbaked Rice Krispie after fifteen years and he told me either to accept a piratical look or give him £220 to get a new one ! AHA me Hearties then ! 6pm and Dylan limping so dramatically it hurt to watch him, managed to skateboard to the beach and back and skim stones for half an hour without a murmur ! I was on my bike and as we left he said the same thing he says every time we do something alone together, Grandpa, that was my best day EVER !
