I am currently seeking volunteers to work all the events, sales, etc. If you can spare some time during the course of the event, please let me know. Here is the information for volunteering: First of all, THANK YOU, for being willing to help out at the National Specialty! We expect to have a great time. Volunteers will be rewarded for their service in different increments, depending on how much volunteer time you give. If you work more than an hour, but less than 8 hours, you will receive Denim Dollars coupon(s) that can be used at the concession stands or at any vendor. If you work more than 8 hours, in addition to the Denim Dollars, you will also receive a very nice “Volunteer” Jacket. You can sign up to volunteer using our Google Docs Spreadsheets. It’s very easy…. First of all, you need a Google Account if you don’t already have one. Very easy…. Click on the link: tinyurl/mpjbkmh IF you have a Google Account, you will be asked to fill in your password. If you don’t have a Google account, you can set one up. When you get into the spreadsheet, please notice that each event is listed on a TAB at the bottom. Click on the tab for the event(s) for which you want to volunteer . Fill your name in on the job/time you want to do. In the CONTACT INFORMATION cell, put your email address. I will pull this info off nightly so your email address won’t be out there for everyone. You will receive a confirmation of your volunteer time. You will also receive a reminder email when the National gets closer. Please note that this is a “general” schedule. Details cannot be nailed down until after the entries close and the judging program/schedule is set. Putting your name on this list merely indicates that you are willing and able to volunteer during the time you list on the spreadsheets. We know, depending on when your events are scheduled, that you may need to reschedule your volunteer time. That will not be a problem. THANK YOU AGAIN!
