89th day of the P90X3 Challenge... Trying to figure out where my math went south... I think I at a start of a week counted it as complete at the start rather than the end of the week :-P IDK I have 7 days left! Today is a REST day body needs rest even if it is only a day. Today is a great day for weights and measures. Its a day of reflection and contemplation. Look back what gave you trouble and do homework out of those moves that have given you trouble. Always try to find a way to perfect your stretching, your intensity, your form. Celebrate micro victories to the whole of your end goals. Reflect on what worked or didnt work in diet and exercise. Micro adjust to how your body responds. Repeat as necessary daily weekly monthly. Its a LIFESTYLE not a FAD DIET N EXERCISE! This day you continue to take Vitamins and Supplements and water too. The diet stays intact. For those that designate a cheat day (like me TODAY :-P ), a slice or a piece not the whole pie or the whole pot. Cheat days make it tolerable and sufferable to continue on. For you diehards that suffer through it all... WELL DONE!
