#8thPiece Hold Yourself Together. Hold yourself together, cover yourself up, now am not saying look like a widow but know the facets of your body that need not be seen by the world. Baby, know yourself for that is the greatest trait you can possess because the world is a mean place. It will change you, damage you and then take you to a point of no return where finding yourself is your mission. A mission that you will never complete because you will be looking for yourself in places you never dared to exist. So baby hold yourself together, love yourself regardless of how you are or what you have. Now am not saying self-obsession is attractive but self-acceptance is better. It will take you far beyond labels, popularity and ridicules about every part of who you are or how you are. Please hold yourself together, keep yourself together do not let the enemy see you fall because they will catch you just to drop you again. So that you feel their claws ripping your skin, so that you see the grin on their faces as they celebrate your defeat. Hold yourself together and close those legs. Respect is earned but not over a couple of rounds of skins rubbing each other with sweat, body parts exchanging places over heavy breaths and empty sweet nothings that are uttered to ease the process, to sugarcoat it with passionate kisses that shall be short lived. Just so you can think it’s at least something close to what is called love, well it’s not and it will never be close. Young woman respect yourself, defend yourself, never be anything less than yourself. Hold yourself together, learn to carry yourself like the queen you are and smile because the world awaits.
