9-12 Month Contract Opportunity - SAP Service Level Manager – Saudi Arabia- TAX FREE –Excellent Daily Rates Our client is urgently seeking an SAP Service Level Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations, planning and budgeting for the SAP platform and ensure that Service Level Agreements are achieved and expectations are met. Responsibilities will include: • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external service providers. • Ownership for the resolution and communication of all critical incidents, and the corrective action plans resulting from these. • Review and report platform metrics on the quality of service provided. • Schedule and run regular operational platform performance review meetings. • Seek opportunities to improve platform service provision. • Approval and coordination of all platform planned and unplanned hardware maintenance activities. • Approval for exceptional production system access requests and new IT users access. • Ownership Platform Budget. Ownership of Change Control Board Meetings. • Ownership of the platform Release Process. • Ownership of the operational internal and external integration of the platform. • Ownership of Platform Compliance and SOX adherence. A work VISA will be obtained on your behalf and hotel expenses will be covered for the first week to give you the opportunity to find your own accommodation. The flight to Saudi will also be paid for by our client, but it will then be your responsibility to manage and pay for your own fly backs each month. At the end of the project our client will pay for your return flight home. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in a very large and complex project in Saudi Arabia.
