9/15/2014 Salmon River Fishing Report: The water level is still at 350cfs, there are some fish in the river but still in small amounts. Fish are concentrating in the larger pools from the top to the bottom of the river. Fish have been taken out of the Trestle, Town Pool, and Sportsmans the last few days. We have yet to receive a good run of fish, there are good numbers in the estuary a run should happen very shortly, we will keep you updated! Fishing on Lake Ontario has been very good with fish being taken from 30 all the way out to 110 feet. Flashers & Flies, Cutbait and Spoons are taking fish.
