9: Thanks for keeping it in the single digits, Michelle 1. I come from a long line of artists. My great- grandfather painted the murals in most of New York City’s churches and Temple Emmanuel. 2. My great uncle was a sculptor who worked on Mount Rushmore and the lions Patience and Prudence at the front of the New York City library. As a teenager, Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney offered to take him to California to meet Walt Disney, but my great-grandfather refused to let him go. 3. I am an art school dropout. I attended SUNY Purchase, but was accepted to every school that I had applied to including School of Visual Arts and FIT. The only art I still do is makeup. 4. I worked as a tour guide and on the restoration team at the Intrepid Museum in New York City for almost five years. Zachary Fisher was my boss. 5. I have no doubt that hauntings are real (thanks to my time at The Intrepid Museum). 6. I’m in remission from Cervical Cancer which I was diagnosed with when I was 4 months pregnant. 7. I once attended a wake where the entire Sopranos cast was in attendance, even the dead guys. Yes, it was in New Jersey. 8. I speak 3 languages and only understand Italian/Sicilian because I knew that when my grandmother spoke it to my mother, she was talking about me. 9. I knew so little about Cystic Fibrosis before I was told that Liliane might be born with it that I had to look it up on my phone.
