#9 Things you may not know about me:9. I was a waitress for years,(too many) I am no longer and I appreciate that. THANK GOD that I don’t have to anymore but I have to say, they were some very fun years, learned a lot about myself, other people and met some fantastic humans along the way. Having done the job that you are praised for and tipped for for being FAST, I do everything quickly til this day. I talk fast, move fast, do tasks fast and yes, I am always still in the “weeds”. I think we all should wait tables at least for a little while, defiantly a new perspective on what it takes.8. I have changed a lot, I used to never be scared of heights, I could look at gore and blood w/out flinching and hated onions. I know feel the world spinning when I catch some gore, I get a little “spinny” with heights and I have a new obsession w/onions, they are delic!7. I never give lame shout outs to my boyfriend on social media, but I have to say. I have the best boyfriend hands down. He is patient, kind, a great cook, will do laundry, clean (not so great but A for effort) and is my best friend, we have so much fun. I honestly feel so blessed and thankful and I don’t forget that. I heart him*6. I went to Catholic School for some elementary years, and I can tell you that it shaped a lot of how I live til this day. I believed that if I swore, my tongue would turn bright red and everyone would know! I wished I still believed that.5. I had a blankie and sucked my thumb until my teen years, mostly in private and it was the most comfortable stress reducing thing, ever. I think smoking cessation classes should start this. 4. I volunteer and overwork to the point where I am exhausted, but I continue to do it anyway as I feel (like giving blood) it is something we all should do. 3. I cannot stand lazy people, it grinds my gears. There are people that are working with stage 4 Cancer, get up and move and be involved, a body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest stays at rest. 2. I met my father, for the first time (well for a few mins as a child too) when I was in my 20s, he lives in Las Vegas and I talk minimally to him, long story-love the people that are in your life, only the ones that treat you well. 1. I am a complete nerd (you probably already knew that), I love history, reading, and thrifting- and I am not ashamed.
