9 years ago this weekend, I lost my best friend. I saw you 2 weeks before you left. You told me things you knew I needed to hear before it was too late. You apoligized for things you did and didnt do...so nothing would be left unsaid. I think you knew your time was coming. You needed me to hear them, accept them and forgive you. I did. I know you are my guardian angel, my heartbeat, my soul mate. I think about you everyday, I miss u every second and I talk to you as much as possible. I am sad to not have you in my life yet so very grateful. U gave me life, my terrible sense of humor, my thirst for knowledge, my smile and my big ol sappy heart of gold. You were the best man I have ever known. My life has not been the same since you left. I take comfort in knowing i will see you again... I love you Dad. And i miss you so so so very much. 💙
