I bit the bullet today and bought a new dishwasher. Because of past issues with a (local) appliance store, I purchased my dishwasher from Menards. They dont install and would only take my old dishwasher if it were disconnected when they deliver tomorrow. So, I called someone who has done work for me in the past. He stopped by after he completed the job he was on and removed the old dishwasher. He told me it appeared it hadnt been installed properly, a hose was crimped. In addition, he said the motor would have fallen out since there was a screw missing. I really would like it if we had Sears appliances available in town. No complaints with Menards but they dont always install certain new appliances.
