#9020-Let me tell you , i have joined infy recently but this is a message to everyone who is reading this . Everyone here crib about there managers,ratings ,projects ,not getting onsite etc etc.Everyone who cribs is not capable enough thats why they dont get the desired opportunities. If you rate an employer according to your satisfaction let me tell you thats not happening .Business is something which is supposed to be run in a desired way and there is a possibility that will not satisfy everyone all the times. so stop cribbing if you think your are really capable go for a change no one will stop you,cribbing about something just shows your incapability.More content you are more satisfied you would be with your employer . The company has given you enough pleasure to be an infy employee when you were nothing and everyone should have that respect for there organization. Suggestion to all who are not happy ,happiness is conditional being content is more important which depends only on yourself. so lets make it a better infy world ,enjoy ourselves and work harder ,Happy diwali to all.
