#9048 Theres alot of submissions about people being depressed about school, no job, no friends, no income, no gf/bf, or problems at home. Everyone posting on here says theyre depressed for one of those reasons. I wish I could say I suffer from depression from those things but I dont. I actually have amazing parents, a beautiful gf and I have a few close friends. Im passing bio 200, ochem and calculus with As. I have a great job making $21 an hour full time. I have everything but I still suffer from depression. Ive tried taking to people and even counselors and everyone tells me the same things why are u sad? You have everything good can u be depressed. its gotten to the point where I just pretend to be happy. So far its been working great cause no one would be able to tell that I suffer from depression. I dont tell my friends or my gf cause I dont want to bother them with my problems. Evoryone sees me as a smart guy whos gonna go far and successful in life. But I dont see myself like that. Every night i go to sleep sad and wake up pretending to be happy. Idk hour long I can keep pretending I feel like Im breaking down more and more everyday. Anyway Sorry for the long post guys I guess I kinda needed to vent...
