#9537-I got CRR 4 in the last appraisal, Got into PIP and cleared it. Since then my Manager has developed a negative attitude toward me and is not giving me any opportunity to work in Project. This year I am expecting CRR 3 not because of my performance but because of My Managers prejudice against me. What is the Infosys Policy regarding the 2 consecutive CRR of 4 and 3 ? Wise people please elaborate. P.S. I am working on my skills and resume and planning to switch but I dont want to be unemployed before landing in any other Job.
