Dr Amadi say the business rules of NERC dey allow anybody wey no dey happy make e file case and complain so that dem go change wetin dey on-board. Now I dey ask, as a Naija Pesin which one you go prefer, shey make dem increase the light bill make light dey stable abi make dem leave the bill d way e dey before and light waka no go dey stable.
