A 19-year-old youth Rakesh Kumar resident of Kewal Budhal in Rajouri district was allegedly kicked in the stomach by an Army Personnel identified as Ajay Kumar R/O Argidalori area of Rajouri three days back , has died of his injuries, police said today. Rakesh was rushed to a hospital but his condition deteriorated and he was referred to Jammu. "Rakesh died on way to Jammu today, A Police Officer told Sach News. A murder case has been registered in this regard and a police team dispatched to arrest the Army personnel.
