A BAD NEWS WORLD... Have you noticed how little good news there is any more in a bad news world?It is not without reason that we refer to the Gospel as The Good News! Firstly, it tells you that God is concerned with you.This is in contrast to how life today leaves you with the impression that there are few who care about what happens to you. Secondly, it promises an end to the problems confronting the world.The Bible says that God is in control.Reading the book of Revelation reveals the eventual return of the Prince of Peace to rule and reign.It says there is a limit to how far God will allow humanity to go;Hell eventually step in and say,Thats enough. Finally,it tells you that your life can be different.That is the best news of all.With God,there is forgiveness and help.You need not be a victim of your failure and sin or live in bondage to the hostilities that imprison.You can be a new person with a hope and a future. Read the Bible.There youll find the best news you will ever get. As cold waters to a thirsty soul,so is good news from a far country. Proverbs 25:25
