A BIG wtf. Im not sure if this is allowed but while me and my friend were on the river walk today we witnessed an older man abusing his dog. He was an older looking guy with a black track jacket and a black ball cap, he had a medium sized what I am guessing was a type of heeler. We witnessed him picking it up and throwing it on the sidewalk, punching and kicking him, and swinging him around by the leash. It was around QJS around 4 oclock. The authorities have been called but I am unsure if they caught him because we lost him. It seems like he was only walking the one side as he passed us twice in about 20 minutes from different directions. So if everyone could keep an eye out for him om the riverwalk and if you see him could you please contact the authorities.
