A Bachelors pass should be a pass symbol in which no university can ever say NO to it must be a pass symbol that makes universities literally call out students for. Unfortunately in South Africa its directly opposite, here you can get the highest pass symbol with a fail in Maths or science. Saddens me when I see a bachelors pass students struggling to get in to our respective universities. So I dont get it why we should celebrate and commend those with such fruitless results. It is until we start valuing qaulity over qauntity where I will celebrate our local knowledge. So to those celebrating this mediocrity let us do so while bracing ourslvs for a tough academic year ahead... I thank you.
