A CEO challenged me this week to design a Leadership Model for his company in Mathematical terms. At first I was hesistant, then I thought of Schrödingers equation that explains the bevaiour of Benzene Ring, then I thought of Abel, who died at 33, having given us Abelian Algebra upon which the works of Boole and others gave us the binary system, the precursor to computer. Then I remembered Prof George Saitoti who gave us the algebraic functions of the number zero in his dissertation. When I looked at this hyperbolic function below, my University mathematics came alive. I said I will combine the Critical Path Method(CPM) and the work of Gauchy Chebechev and second degree Calculus to design a model that explores the enablers and inhibitors of leadership effectiveness and essential coordinates that need to be established as boundary conditions for the equation. Wish me well but dont wait for the outcome
