A Cumberland man faces theft and assault charges after an incident at the homecoming game. According to Cumberland Police on Tuesday December 2, 2014, Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on 31 year old Andrew Eisentrout of Cumberland. The warrant was issued as a result of a Robbery investigation that occurred during the annual homecoming football game on November 8, 2014 at Greenway Avenue Stadium. Investigation into this matter revealed that the victim was in the restroom during the game when he was pushed face first against a wall by Eisentrout. After the incident took place, the victim noticed that his two stadium chairs were taken along with an electronic device. Eisentrout was identified by way of the stadiums surveillance cameras as he was observed exiting the bathroom and the stadium with the victim’s property. The victim did not require medical attention. Eisentrout was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing and held on a $20,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center
