A-Cup Advisory: The management of A-Cup Promotion express its sincere apology to all patron gamefowl breeders throughout Mindanao for the further delay of its cockerels wing banding due to the late arrival of the wingbands which was affected by the long Christmas and New Years holidays wherein it was stocked in the Bureau of Custom warehouse for quite a long time due to cargo and baggage congestion aside from strict scrutinization of so many imported items which hamper the fast disposal of claims. Although such procedure is a protocol, but the system has been imposed by the bureau with revision in compliance with the guidelines required by the higher authority.
