Although it was nice not having to go to work tonight due to being suspended last Friday night, it sure hasnt been nice having to hobble around due to my left leg still being hurt as a result of a manager at work Friday night creating a safety/trip hazard in which I trip carrying an 80 lbs package and tripped due to the managers actions. The manager then changed it all around that I was screaming at her and then claimed I threw a package. I got suspended, she got to continue to work, can we say it was easier to suspend a package handler instead of dealing with the real issue? Kind of reminds me of a unemployment case Jacobs vs. Chase Bank, it was easier to get rid of the employee instead of dealing with discrimination....
