A Florida police officer, pursuing a car that failed to stop, after he observed the driver not wearing a seatbelt, chased the car, the man bailed and ran thru a backyard, the officer kept on driving after him with the car, the man slipped and fell, the police car kept on going, ran over him and killed him, all caught on dash cam. The officer was fired. His potential criminal charges given to a prosecutor - who took them to a secret grand jury hearing, the grand jury did not lay any charges. The family, outraged, released the dashcam video to the public. Grand Jury hearings are secret and sealed, as the news report on the link says, you have no idea what evidence was brought to the jury by the prosecutor, expert says it can be as little as one sentence.
