A Florida state court jury decided the award in a case brought by Cynthia Robinson of Pensacola. She is the widow of a chain smoker, Michael Johnson, who died of lung cancer in 1996 at 36. I call bullshit! Mr. Johnson had the ability and opportunity to not smoke or quit.. Ms. Robinson is just trying to make a buck and a big buck at that! I wonder how many smokers were on that jury... People! You are responsible for your own behavior! The dangers of smoking have been shoved down our throats for decades! If you still smoke, its your decision and you cant change your mind and sue a company for LEGALLY providing you with your fix when it goes all wrong!
