A Follow-up message to Sonshine: Dear Sandra, 1. I was told we were going to have a meeting on the pond. The 60-90 day window agreed too in the meeting is seriously over due. I hope a better job will be done on providing in-hand (In Writing) information with facts and figures. 2. In my last letter I asked that the holes at the pond, bldg 1525, be filled. Those holes are a hazard and a liability and MUST be filled. Therefore; I am officially providing notice herein that I, Robert B Davis and June Jenkins, owners of 1525-K3 Bridgewood, will not be held liable under any circumstance in whole or in part for any future lawsuits or passed on costs due to negligence/Criminal Negligence pertaining to the hazards mentioned above. This will be forwarded to our Attorney. 3. I appreciat the effort to address the fire ant issue. Direct application of poison was somewhat effective although, I noticed about 20% of the ant mounds were missed. I hope this will be addressed with greater diligence this spring before the population explodes and becomes an issue again.
