A GOVERNOR, A CAMPAIGN DG!! Making a serving governor campaign director-general, is most unfortunate and a loss of consciousness on the primary responsiblity of a governor. A governor is to oversee the implementation of development programmes in his state. For governor Amaechi to accept the offer of being campaign DG, automatically means, he has lost consciousness of his primary duty as governor. A legal action can call to question, his misplacement of state responsibility and dereliction of state duty as governor. Monies for state development will be channelled to his new first- in-priorty campaign DG position. For now, Rivers State is without a governor!
